Scouts can continue in an active role in Venturing, whose members are boys
and girls from 14 to 20 years of age. Venturing uses “ethical controversies”—
problem-solving situations—to help young adults develop the ability to make
responsible choices that reflect their concern for what is a risk and how it
will affect others involved.
